Chapatti and green peas' Indian cuisine is said to be of great alluring taste, not only by Indians, but also by millions of people all across the globe. Rice and wheat are the main means of food in most parts of our country. I feel comfortable with foods made of wheat products. Wheat is said to be much more nutritious than rice. For dinner, I had chapatti with a side dish of green peas. Chapatti is made by making a dough of wheat flour, dividing it into a number of small balls and flattening it into thin circular shape and finally, heating both the sides on a pan. When served hot, it is really delicious.
